430 Series

The 430 Express combines the best features found in convertibles with those from center console fishing boats, resulting in a modern fishing cockpit loaded with innovations.

For easy access to the water and for boating large offshore game fish, the 430 Series features up to two doors in the fishing cockpit - a standard transom door, as well as an optional hull-side door to port. The hull-side door is large enough to make getting in and out of the water safe and easy. It is accompanied by a custom polished stainless steel folding dive ladder that when lowered, allows a comfortable angle of entry to board the boat and neatly stores away below a hatch in the cockpit. To accommodate large offshore game fish, the main fish box on the outboard model has a capacity of 472 quarts. While it’s unlikely you’ll ever fill it to capacity, there are two additional storage compartments capable of holding 296 quarts and 144 quarts respectively. Both can be plumbed to serve as additional fish boxes - just in case. The inboard model features a fish box in the centerline with the option to add a second.

The main bait well is integrated into the transom and an optional in-floor well is available to ensure your 430 can carry plenty of live bait. A large 120 quart cooler is molded into the back of the bridge deck on the port side and can be upgraded to a thermostat controlled fridge / freezer. As an added benefit, the aft facing cooler doubles as a sun shaded mezzanine with seating for two. Just add a padded seat, cushioned backrest, and retractable footrest and you’ve got the perfect place to hang out and keep an eye on the spread.

The starboard side of the cockpit features a large tackle station and bait-prep area complete with a freshwater sink. A large fiberglass lid neatly covers everything while two doors reveal several tackle drawers, boxes and leader dispensers below. Lifting the stairs leading to the bridge deck provides easy access to an enormous storage area on the outboard model, and serves as the engine room access for inboard configurations. For easy and extensive engine access, the entire bridge deck can be raised hydraulically at the push of a button. On the Outboard Model, this large storage area also serves as the machinery room with enough space left over to store stand-up fishing tackle, large carry-on coolers, a tank fill station, or any other features you may desire.
