SeaVee introduces the 310 inboard and 310 cuddy

Miami, Florida – January 26, 2004

SeaVee introduces the 310 inboard and 310 cuddy configurations at the Miami Boat Show.
Following last year’s introduction of the 310b open, SeaVee is proud to announce the addition of the inboard and cuddy configurations to the 310 model line-up. SeaVee is currently taking orders for all four configurations:

310b open
310b cuddy
310i open
310i cuddy

The 310i is unique in its class. Designed to deliver maximum range on a minimum amount of fuel in a 32’ package that requires very little maintenance, the 310i is a sport fisherman’s dream. A single inboard diesel power plant resides under the console, perfectly balancing and lowering the 310’s center of gravity. Avid fishermen who demand 360 degrees of unobstructed fish fighting space, appreciate the 310i’s clean transom, clear of outboards and complete with a 70 gallon bait well that does not take up any cockpit space.

Engine options include Yanmar and Cummins power plants between 370hp and 540hp. Expect a top speed of approximately 42mph and a cruising speed of 38mph with the 440hp Yanmar. Top speed with the 540hp Cummins is estimated by the factory at around 46mph. Range will vary depending on the engine configuration and cruising speed, however, SeaVee expects the 310i’s fuel capacity of 190 gallons to yield a range of approximately 500 miles.
SeaVee offers a bowthruster as an option on both 310i models (open bow and cuddy) for added maneuverability and to help handle current, wind and other drift inducing elements in tight quarters or while fighting a fish. Other notable options include a factory installed hard-top and a tuna tower with a full set of controls.

For families seeking the extra comfort of a cuddy cabin, SeaVee introduces the 310b cuddy and the 310i cuddy configurations. Complete with a roomy v-berth, an electric head and a galley featuring an optional microwave and sink, the 310 cuddy has all the comforts of home. To maximize space, SeaVee opted against a generator, but thanks to a 110 volt inverter system, A/C is available as an option to keep anglers cool, even on the hottest of days.
